Barb’s Box orders are non-refundable and final. After placing an order, it cannot be canceled nor refunded. If you have feedback or issues, please reach out to us.
When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped within 2 business days.
What are your shipping speeds?
- Insured Flat Rate USPS Shipping (estimated arrival 2-4 days): free!
- Insured Flat Rate USPS Shipping + Signature Required for Delivery (estimated arrival 2-4 days): $2.70
- Insured Priority Express USPS Shipping (estimated arrival 1-2 days): $22
- Insured Priority Express USPS Shipping + Signature Required for Delivery (estimated arrival 1-2 days): $22
These are only estimated timelines; we cannot offer a more specific arrival date.
We only ship on weekdays.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Rush shipping is not offered to APO addresses.
We do not ship on US Government holidays: New Year's Day, MLK Jr Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
How do I track my package?
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please use that link or that tracking number at USPS.com to track the package.
Can I schedule my box to be delivered on a specific date?
This is not an available option at this time. If you would like to discuss having a package arrive around a specific date, please email us and we can help! We can also add a special “Do not open until…” sticker upon request!
How can I make a change to my order?

No, this is not a service we offer at this time.
How do I send multiple boxes and send them to different addresses?
Please order one box at a time. We cannot accommodate one order with multiple boxes to different addresses at this time.
What should I do if my package is marked delivered but the receiver cannot locate it?
Please have them look around their mailbox, and check with neighbors. If it is still not located, please have them wait 24 hours and contact us. To ensure delivery, please select any shipping option that says “Signature Required for Delivery.” This way, the receiver will need to sign for the package to receive it.
What should I do if the box is returned to you because I entered the wrong shipping address?
If we receive the package back, we will contact you. You can either:
- Request for a refund minus a $10 restocking fee. (No edible or perishable goods will be restocked.)
- Have us reship the box to a different address by repaying the cost of shipping.
